Chat on Web

To access your messages on the web portal, click on Chat. A new tab will appear for instant chat feature

To send a message: Select the chat box to write your text and click the ‘Send’ button

To edit a message you just sent, select the three dots  next to your message on the left, then select ‘Recall’ to edit your message

a. A notification will appear ‘Message was recalled successfully’ at the top of your screen. You can now select ‘Re-edit’ to edit your message you sent

b. After selecting ‘Re-edit’ the message you recalled will now appear in the chat box for you to edit then send back to your teacher

c. Click the ‘send’ button to send the edited message to your teacher

To upload a photo to send to your teacher - select the photo    icon near the chat. Then select the photo you want to send and the photo will send immediately
