Can I Add More Than One Teacher on Learning Genie's DRDP Reports?

In DRDP Online, only one teacher can be assigned as the Teacher of Record (TOR) for a classroom. This teacher is considered the main teacher responsible for that class.

In Learning Genie, we follow that same rule when syncing data — only one teacher can be listed as the TOR in each child’s profile.

However, Learning Genie gives you more flexibility in reports. You can add more than one teacher’s name to appear on the DRDP report, even though only one TOR is stored in the system.

What this means

• DRDP Online: One primary Teacher of Record per classroom.

• Learning Genie: Lets you show more teachers on the report for visibility and teamwork.

This feature is useful when more than one teacher works with the same group of children. It helps families and administrators see all the teachers involved in the child’s learning.

How to add more teachers to appear on a DRDP report

1. Go to Data Hub > DRDP Reports > Parent Progress Report

2. Open the child report you want to edit.

3. Click Settings.

   

4. Type or select the names of the additional teachers, then choose the children you want to add those teachers to.

   

5. Click Save.

These teachers’ names will now appear on the printed and digital DRDP report — but the main TOR will remain the same in DRDP Online.

Why this is helpful

Adding extra teachers on the DRDP report allows:

• Co-teachers to appear together on one report.

• Substitute teachers or support staff (like specialists or aides) to be acknowledged.

• Families to clearly see everyone involved in their child’s education.

• Administrators to confirm who contributed to the assessment.

This feature supports collaboration and transparency while still keeping your official DRDP Online records consistent.

• Only one Teacher of Record is recognized in DRDP Online for syncing and reporting.

• Adding more teachers in Learning Genie does not change the official TOR in DRDP Online.
